Luan Santana brings together 70 thousand people in a megashow for DVD recording; look

The Arena da Baixada, in Curitiba, became the stage for a career celebration over the weekend. Luan Santana, 34, brought together around 70 thousand people during the two days of recording the show “Registro Histórico”, which marked the 18 years of the singer’s career. The project will be turned into a physical DVD and a new tour, scheduled to debut in March 2026.

The presentations moved the capital of Paraná and attracted fans from all over the country. Queues took over the surroundings of the stadium, which hosted an extra show on Friday (24) and the official recording on Saturday (25).

On stage, he re-recorded around 50 songs that marked different phases of his career. The singer told CNN who thought about following a chronological line, but changed his mind during the creative process.

“There are more than 50 songs, songs that are an achievement in my life. I thought about starting from the beginning, doing it in chronological order, but I decided to change it, take advantage of the nuances and put it together as a show”, he stated.

The artist also said that the show’s proposal is to revisit the past. “Remembering the past, revisiting the first of the first songs, and that moves. It’s a show that does a 360° in our history”, he added.

The super production featured 35 fixed cameras and 8 cameras exclusively for broadcast, including a Spider Cam, a resource used in major international events. The show had special lights, indoor fireworks and four months of preparation.

The direction was in charge of Kley Tarciano, a professional recognized for work in productions such as , as well as shows by Disney, Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez, Anitta, , Xuxa and Alok.

During the show, Luan highlighted the emotional intensity of the project. “I put too much effort into everything I do and end up feeling too much of everything people feel. And that influences me too much as a human being,” he said.

Regarding the new tour, the singer said that the show should tour the country from March onwards. “It’s a project that deserves to go on the road and make people feel what the people of Curitiba are feeling.”

Several contractors and businesspeople from the music sector attended the event, considered a milestone in the artist’s career.
