ORF anchor Armin Wolf has reported Elon Musk’s Platform X to the Vienna public prosecutor’s office on suspicion of favoritism. “X” has so far refused to delete criminally relevant posts from an anonymous user and to hand over their data, and the Irish and US judicial authorities have also rejected requests for legal assistance.
