Left-winger humiliated police officers during an approach in SP: “They won R$3,000”

Influencer Aline Bardy Dutra, known on social media as , was arrested on Saturday (25/10) in Ribeirão Preto, , (listen below).

During the attack and arrest, with prejudiced phrases about salary and culture, she humiliated them by displaying her wealth and social class. In an act of contempt, the influencer stated that the police officers “earn R$3,000” and demonstrated her financial superiority by declaring: “My sandals are worth your car.”

She even questioned one of the agents: “Do you know who you are and who I am?” and stated that the police officer “doesn’t even have the money to talk to her lawyer.”

Aline Bardy, who had “” — a condition that the influencer herself admitted — began to disrespect and offend the police officers the moment she was arrested. She also made allegations about her notoriety, telling police officers that she had a million followers on social media, declaring:

“Do you know that if a militant is arrested, that’s going to make me a federal deputy? I’m going to boss you around so much. You’re a little police officer, you get paid leave.” She even called one of the police officers a “facistinha”.

Alleged racial crime

The initial reason for the approach was an alleged racial slur committed by the influencer against one of the police officers. Aline Bardy allegedly approached the police officers and stated “a black man wanting to fuck another black man”, as stated in a Military Police report. She denied having committed an insult, but questioned how the police officer approached a person with the same “class status” as the soldier.

The influencer had already been convicted in another court case for contempt and disobedience against military police officers, according to records from the São Paulo Court of Justice ().

In this weekend’s incident, she also committed linguistic prejudice by mentioning that one of the police officers had not correctly conjugated a verb in a previous hearing. Furthermore, Aline Bardy tried to break the rear window of the vehicle where she was trapped, hitting the handcuff on the structure, which required her legs to be immobilized.

The influencer was released after a custody hearing on Saturday afternoon, but must comply with precautionary measures, such as not going out at night. Through her defense, she denied racial crime.
