If you usually watch Reels, you’ve probably come across videos of a blonde woman who plays the keyboard and lets out her voice, but not before asking the waiter if he has Pitú and if his love stopped by the bar. The videos went viral and even ended up on Instagram. But, after all, who is this singer who mixes talent and humor?
The voice behind the viral is Laercia Dantas, born in Picos, Piauí, who already entertained her followers with funny videos alongside her husband. On his profile, there were already records playing the keyboard while releasing his voice and rocking already established hits such as “Dama de Vermelho” and “Casca de Bala”. But it was in October that she conquered the internet by posting a cover of “Onde Anda Meu Amor”, a hit performed by Léo Magalhães.

However, the song gained a unique interpretation. Before releasing her voice and the brega beat on the keyboard, she interacts with an imaginary “waiter”: she orders the traditional Pitú or adapts it to other drinks and asks if her lover stopped by the bar. When the answer is negative, he performs his theater and only then begins to play and sing: “Where is my love? Tell me, please. What are you doing now?”
The success was so great that Laercia turned “Garçom, tem pitú?” into a trademark, using it to give rhythm to other covers and create her identity. She also released her own song on YouTube, which already has 88 thousand views. On social media, the impact is even greater: on TikTok, videos reach 1 million likes, while on Instagram some already exceed 5 million views.
In fact, the catchphrase continues to bear fruit, as Laercia’s covers reached Carlinhos Maia. “The waiter, do you have pitú? Bring it! Man, I’m addicted, look… he put on a keyboard, sang something cheesy, it’s over! My boyish soul goes to hell“, he joked. “She’s gone really viral. My brother, you need to meet this woman.” Carlinhos also stated that he intends to invite her to sing at his home.
