Regarding the shocking case of a 14-year-old boy who killed his mother, the Vagos City Council councilor, Susana Gravato, Cristiana Jesus decided to share a reflection on her Instagram account.
Through a video, the businesswoman and digital content creator admitted to having been “shocked” by the crime, then venting about children’s education today.
At one point, Cristiana Jesus revealed that everything a mother and father do “is judged”, later admitting: “You can’t raise your voice, you can’t say ‘no’ and God forbid we raise our hands to slap our son’s ass when necessary, because someone will soon say it’s violence. But yes, I’ve already patted my son’s ass.”confessed ().
The post triggered numerous reactions from followers and even digital influencer Catarina Gouveia decided to comment on the dancer’s publication, leaving a long reflection on how to educate through love and not violence.
The topic was discussed on the program ‘Passadeira Vermelha’ this Thursday, October 30th, and Sara Norte expressed her point of view: “Of course, I’m not in favor of physical or verbal violence (…), but as a daughter, I tell you, maybe I missed a good spanking on my ass, I missed it (…). Maybe, if my parents had let me down a little, I think they would have been permissive in a lot of things”realized.
Sara Norte then reflected on Catarina Gouveia’s words about children’s education, highlighting that her reality is not the same as that of most women who are mothers.
“I think Catarina Gouveia has the talk of a highly privileged mother and everything is fine (…). This speech is from a privileged mother who doesn’t know what life is and it’s okay because no one is forced to have difficulties. (…) This is her reality, I really like her, she’s like that but it makes me a little unnerved because, although life is pink, I know others that are grey”realized.
