The basis of this soup is often poultry in the form of chicken legs, drumsticks or skeleton. After long cooking in broth, the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. To prepare sandwich spread you need ingredients that are usually at home. Pickled cucumbers, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, yellow cheese they probably formed the basis of your sandwiches. It’s time to use them in a slightly different way and turn them into a delicious paste. To prepare it you need::
- 300 g of cooked chicken fillets or other parts,
- 4 pickled cucumbers,
- 4 eggs,
- 100 g of mild-tasting yellow cheese,
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- 1 tablespoon of mustard,
- salt and pepper to taste,
