Criminal police officers and IAPEN employees are honored with breakfast on public servants' day

On the morning of this Tuesday (28), criminal police officers and administrative employees from the Institute of Penitentiary Administration of Acre (IAPEN/PPAC) participated in a special breakfast in celebration of Public Servants Day, celebrated this October 28th.

The event, held on the premises of the Evaristo de Moraes Prison Unit, in Sena Madureira, was promoted by the current management of the prison and was attended by local authorities and representatives of the police forces that operate in the municipality.

During the program, the unit’s management took the opportunity to officially present the new administrative employees, a total of eight, and ten new recently hired criminal police officers. The initiative reinforces the professional staff and contributes to strengthening the activities carried out in the prison system.

The meeting also marked the farewell of nursing technician Vanúcia, who ended her activities after almost ten years of provisional services to the Prison Unit, being honored by her co-workers.

The prison director, criminal police officer Alex Nascimento, thanked the guests for their presence, welcomed the new employees and congratulated everyone on the commemorative date of Public Servants Day.

“This is a moment of recognition and appreciation for each server who, with dedication and commitment, contributes to the functioning and advancement of our unit. Congratulations to everyone on Public Servants Day”, highlighted the director.

Closing the celebration, a rich breakfast was served, which provided a moment of fraternization and integration among the participants. The prosecutor Júlio César Medeiros was present; Francisco Vampeta, representative of judge Eder Viegas; criminal police and administrative staff, as well as representatives from the public defender’s office, OAB, civil police, military police, fire brigade, and representatives of the president of Iapen, Marcos Frank Costa.

The event was considered a success and supported the policy of integration of police forces and justice institutions in Sena Madureira.
