- 1 kg of Topinamburu
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tablespoon of table salt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Bay leaves

- Peppercorns
Preparation method:
Wash and scrub the purchased Jerusalem artichoke thoroughly. You can, but don’t have to, peel it. In a pot, mix lukewarm water and salt until it dissolves.
Place garlic cloves, spices and Jerusalem artichoke in dry and sterilized jars. Pour the brine over everything so that everything in the jar is covered with it.
