Pre-candidate for state or federal deputy in 2026, , has intensified her presence on social media, dedicating a large part of her posts to working on the animal cause, in addition to action by her husband’s management, Ricardo Nunes (MDB). She recently joined the MDB, after flirting with the PL, and starred in a party insert.
In a party piece, Regina narrates that São Paulo is the pioneering city in public policies, such as the construction of free veterinary hospitals and castration centers. “Taking care of animals is also taking care of people”, repeats the first lady.
At least since October, Regina has been posting daily, showing her presence at animal adoption events and encouraging the adoption of abandoned dogs.
In one of them, the mayor’s wife is challenged to understand and “translate” the barking of a little dog. Regina concludes: “He is saying that São Paulo has public veterinary hospitals, including on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.”
In interactions without animals, the first lady presents vulnerable or homeless residents who have been welcomed through city hall social programs.
He also broadcast a walk in the Vila da Paz community, in Interlagos, Nunes’ electoral stronghold, which is in the process of regularization.
In addition to talking about the Nunes administration’s programs, Regina highlighted her attention to Pink October, the appearance at mass and in tributes given to the mayor, such as the awarding of the Honor to Merit necklace at Alesp.
The Communication Secretariat sent a note to the Panel in which it says that “first lady Regina Nunes informs that her social network is created by her, without, obviously, the involvement of the City Hall team”.
