When I prepare such a dinner, my kids are always delighted. Casseroles differentlyj, because that’s what we call this delicacy, they are really tasty and easy to prepare. A few slices of bread, eggs, cheese, meat, onion – this and a few additions are enough for the family to eat every last crumb.
- 6-8 slices of bread,
- 3 hard-boiled eggs,
- 80 g of yellow cheese,
- 80 g salami,
- small onion,
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise,
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup,
- salt and pepper
- 2 tomatoes.
Sos:
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste,
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup,
- half a teaspoon of Provençal herbs.
For the top:
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and grate them. Grate the cheese as well. Cut the salami into smaller pieces. Chop the onion finely. Put all ingredients into a bowl. Add mayonnaise and ketchup, season with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients into a paste.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce. Spread the sauce on the bread slices and then add the filling. Chop the tomatoes and place 1-2 slices on each slice. Sprinkle some more cheese, grating it directly onto the bread slices.
Put in the oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Monitor the casseroles differently and take them out when the cheese is browning.
