A good idea is to place it on the burner next to the pan, a small pot of boiling water into which we add lemon and rosemary. Just add a few slices of this fruit and 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary to the boiling water before frying. This will keep the steam rising neutralized odor molecules already at the stage of their formation. Additionally, rosemary gives off a pleasant aroma that will mask the remaining frying.
