Tomáš V., accused of the murder of his wife, which occurred on Saturday (June 20) in Gelnica, will be prosecuted in custody. On Tuesday, the pre-trial judge of the Municipal Court of Košice took a man accused of a particularly serious crime of murder to the so-called escape and preventive detention. TASR was informed about this by the spokeswoman of the Regional Court in Košice, Anna Pančurová.
