Seoul – South Korea’s special prosecutor’s office indicted former President Yoon Suk-yeol on Monday on additional charges of abuse of office and supporting an enemy state. Yoon tried to provoke a military conflict between South and North Korea to justify the martial law he briefly imposed last year, a prosecutor’s spokesman said at a news conference.
