The federal deputy (PL-DF), one of the main allies of the former president (PL), launches her pre-candidacy this Tuesday (11) at an event with the president of , , the former first lady, the senator (PL-RJ) and other party parliamentarians.
Bia’s name is supported by Michelle and Valdemar. The decision should shake up the dispute on the right of the Federal District. In the conservative camp, Michelle and the current governor (MDB) must also compete for the two seats at stake in the Senate.
“We know that the most important thing is for us to have a strong, especially a strong Senate, so that we can make the institutions work again in accordance with the constitutional design”, says Kicis to the Panel.
“That’s why I, as the best-voted deputy in the Federal District and a fighter for freedom and due legal process, am seen by my voters, the people of Brasília, as a legitimate candidate for the Senate.”
The scenario is similar to what is currently happening, where the councilor from Rio de Janeiro (PL) must go to the Senate. Two other names are federal deputy Caroline de Toni (PL) and senator Esperidião Amin (PP), who has the support of the governor (PL).
