Breaking news on the war between the United States and Israel against Iran, live | Iran and the US agree on a roadmap to reach a final agreement on the conflict in 60 days

The delegations of the United States and Iran have agreed this morning on a roadmap that will allow them to reach a final pact that will end the conflict within a period of 60 days, according to the statement published by the mediators, Qatar and Pakistan after the negotiations held yesterday in Switzerland. The letter states that this roadmap “lays the foundation for the immediate start of new technical conversations.” Previously, Iran threatened to stop negotiations with the United States if Israel does not withdraw from Lebanon and does not cease its military operations in the Arab country, according to the Tasnim agency, linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, reported yesterday. Iran would enter a “hard response” phase if Israel’s occupation and “crimes” in Lebanon continue, and in that case all negotiations between Tehran and Washington would be suspended. This warning comes after the president of the United States, Donald Trump, demanded that Iran stop fueling the conflict in Lebanon in reference to the actions of Hezbollah that are serving as justification for Israel to maintain bombings on the country. Trump has also warned Tehran about closing the Strait of Hormuz: “If you close it, you won’t have a country.”
