Zurich – A Swiss referendum shows a clear no to the introduction of a general citizen service and an inheritance tax for the rich. According to an extrapolation commissioned by the public broadcaster SRF, 84 percent rejected the citizen service on Sunday and 79 percent voted against the new tax.
