The baby’s mother was arrested for abandonment of an incapacitated person. According to the PM (Military Police), the 34-year-old woman looked for police officers in the morning and reported that she could no longer find the child. She said she left home for a party and left the child with her teenage brother.
The child was rescued unharmed and placed in the care of the Guardianship Council. The institution will be responsible for custody until the Court decides whether or not the child should return to the family’s care.
