Vienna – The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) wants to prepare for a monitoring mission to monitor a possible ceasefire in Ukraine. Swiss Foreign Minister and future OSCE Chairman Ignazio Cassis announced a corresponding willingness on Thursday before the start of the annual OSCE Ministerial Council in the Vienna Hofburg. Around 40 foreign ministers are there, but not the chief diplomats of Russia and the USA.
