It should be proof of a new hardship in the asylum system: On Monday evening, four Somalis with negative asylum decisions were – as reported – brought to Kenya via charter flight. Actually, we should have continued to the Somali capital Mogadishu. But the attempt at repatriation ultimately failed due to a lack of commitment from Somali authorities.
