What is The Game Awards?
The Game Awards (TGA) is an annual award that since 2014 has recognized the best electronic games of the year. It is considered the “Oscar of games” and has been presented by renowned journalist Geoff Keighley since the first edition. The ceremony took place for the first time in Las Vegas, but since 2015 it has been held in Los Angeles, with the exception of 2020, when it took place online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
