Hello everyone, I (female, 37) was recently diagnosed with ADHD – looking back, so much in my life suddenly makes sense. I can now better classify many of my behaviors that I previously simply accepted as “my way” or viewed them critically. In fact, I find the diagnosis rather relieving and am happy to finally have an explanation.
