China’s Foreign Ministry said this Sunday (4) that the United States must immediately release Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife.
He also called on the US government to resolve the situation in Venezuela through dialogue and negotiation.
The ministry said in a statement on the government website that the United States should also guarantee the personal security of Maduro and his wife. According to them, the deportation violated international law and norms.
