On the second of January 2024, a name will appear in the Ski Jumping World Cup for the first time. A certain Stephan Embacher, then 17 years old, was competing as part of the national group in the qualification for the Innsbruck Bergisel Jump. A remarkable set of 121.5 meters brings the confident qualification, and in the competition on the third of January he performed well in 13th place. Talent test passed on the biggest possible stage – debut, tour, home World Cup. “It was always my dream to be there,” Embacher said at the time.
