Morning face wash seems obvious. We wash off the night cream and cleanse our skin before applying makeup.
However, it turns out that washing your face in the morning may have a negative impact on its condition. Why and what to do about it was she flawless and radiant?
It seems natural that in the morning we want to wash off the cream we apply at night, cleanse it with a skin cleansing gel or water, and thus prepare it for applying makeup. However, it turns out that such behavior is not necessarily healthy for the skin.
At night, the skin produces a natural lubricating substance, i.e. sebum. They perform an important protective function. If we remove sebum from the skin, it loses this natural protection. We can also disrupt the skin’s natural microbiome. Washing your face regularly in the morning may lead to dry skin and skin problems.
Giving up washing your face in the morning means that… it needs to be more accurate. It is worth using an oil-based cosmetic or micellar water first, and then a delicate water-based cleansing product.
In the morning, just spray your face with thermal water or tonic and then use your daily cosmetics. Thermal water will refresh and moisturize the skin, and at the same time help remove excess sebum or sweat that appeared during the night. The tonic will also help cleanse the skin without disturbing its natural pH.
This approach allows you to take good care of your skin, while limiting its possible dryness and reducing the likelihood of irritation. Of course, other actions are also important to significantly improve its condition, such as using moisturizing creams or products with sunscreen.
