Caracas – CIA chief John Ratcliffe has met Venezuela’s acting president Delcy Rodríguez, according to media reports. From the US perspective, the aim of the two-hour meeting in Caracas on Thursday was to send a sign of trust and cooperation between the two governments, CNN and the broadcaster reported New York Times citing U.S. officials.
