A 34-year-old woman was found dead, naked and showing signs of being beaten on Saturday night (31/1), inside the bedroom of a residence in the Saúde neighborhood, in the south zone of São Paulo.
According to Public Security Secretariat (SSP)military police were called to respond to the incident on Rua Joaquim de Almeida. When they entered the room, they found the victim already lifeless, lying on the bed.
In the same room was the woman’s daughter, a 2-year-old child, who was found alive. According to the police report, the girl showed signs of possible sexual abuse and was taken to the Emergency Care Unit (UPA) in Vila Mariana, where she remains hospitalized.

The names of the victims will not be disclosed to protect the identity of the child, a minor.
Still according to the SSP, the woman had a protective measure against her ex-partner, André de Lima Torres Pereiranamed as the main suspect in the crime. He is still on the run.
Expertise and the Medical-Legal Institute (IML) were called in for legal proceedings. The case was registered as feminicide and domestic violence in 2nd South Women’s Defense Stationwhich continues with investigations to clarify the circumstances of the crime and locate the suspect.
