A European lawsuit by Whatsapp against a high fine for data protection violations will be re-adjudicated. The European Court of Justice (ECJ) in Luxembourg declared the lawsuit admissible on Tuesday. The lower court, the Court of the European Union, saw it differently. However, this decision has now been overturned and the case must be reopened. It’s about 225 million euros.
