Domes Lake Algarve – Autograph Collection prepared a special program to mark Valentine’s Day, with a themed dinner and stay package designed for couples. The proposal combines gastronomy, accommodation and well-being experiences, concentrated between February 12th and 15th, in Vilamoura.
The hotel unit, part of the Greek group Domes Resorts, is betting on a celebration centered on the experience for two, with an exclusive menu served on February 14th and a complementary offer for those who wish to extend the date.
Dinner designed for the night of February 14th
At the Greek-inspired Topos restaurant, a tasting menu consisting of six moments will be served. The kitchen is in charge of executive chef Vítor Moreira, who signs the proposal created specifically for the occasion.
Dinner, priced at 50 euros per person, excluding drinks, will be accompanied by wine pairings and live music. The experience was designed to be enjoyed as a couple, in an intimate environment in the heart of Vilamoura.
Six moments at the table
The gastronomic route begins with focaccia slow fermentation truffle, served with Mediterranean citrus butter. Scallop follows with Iberian ham, textures and together of green apple.
As a fish dish, crispy snapper with risotto of Ria Formosa oyster and fresh ginger mist. Before the main course, it is served sorbet of Sicilian lemon with a veil of thyme, preparing the palate for beef loin with foie grassmoked celery and jus kumquat. The dessert matches fondantt of chocolate and chilli with raspberry.
Package to extend the celebration
For those who want to turn dinner into a getaway, the hotel offers the Valentine’s Package, valid for stays between February 12th and 15th, with a minimum of two nights. The program includes buffet breakfast for two or, alternatively, in-room service with fresh flowers.
Upon arrival, guests will find sparkling wine and strawberries in their room, as well as themed decor. The package also includes a €50 credit per room to use towards spa or dining experiences at the resort.

The proposal also includes spa moments designed for couples, inspired by sensory rituals. A 20% discount is available on spa services during your stay.
The Valentine’s Package is available from 552 euros for two nights for two people. Reservations can be made via the hotel’s official website or by email, with advance booking recommended.
An expanding group
The is the first unit of the Domes Resorts group outside Greece. The hotel has 192 rooms and suites, a private lake, four swimming pools, access to the beach, a diverse gastronomic offer and Soma Spa.
