Kourou – The European carrier rocket Ariane 6 flew into space for the first time in its most powerful version with four solid boosters. The rocket launched on Thursday from the European spaceport in Kourou in French Guiana with 32 satellites for the Internet giant Amazon on board. This is intended to deliver the rocket to an altitude of around 465 kilometers. The rocket is crucial for Europe’s independence in space because it allows Europe to launch larger satellites into space.
