Sofia Arruda used her Instagram account on the afternoon of Thursday, February 12, to leave a reflection on her body.
The actress published a photo of herself taken in 2018 and another, taken today, and in the caption highlighted the differences in her belly eight years ago.
“The first photo was taken on my honeymoon in 2018, before I became pregnant with my first child. The second photo was taken today, February 2026 after two pregnancies, two cesarean sections and 8 years later. My body, like yours is incredible, but it needs care, dedication, time, consistency and good daily choices to be at its best. And its best is not just aesthetic, it is functional!”started by writing.
Sofia Arruda left a ‘tip’ of encouragement for all people who want to improve their physical shape and ended with the guarantee that, “soon”, she will be much better than she was eight years ago.
“If I like my belly today, no, if it could be “worse” it could be, but I could have also opted for xpto pens and I didn’t, I chose another path.
