Vienna – A 26-year-old speeder was sentenced to 15 months of partial prison at the Vienna Regional Court on Friday because he spectacularly evaded a traffic stop on the Vienna Südosttangente (A23) on March 3, 2025. Even 16 shots that the police fired in the direction of the tires of his Mercedes did not stop him. He managed to escape. However, the man’s identity was determined and he was arrested on November 26th.
