“We are complying, we have the necessary resources to achieve this goal. We are optimistic, we will not fail”, commented José Galamba de Oliveira.
The president of the insurance association revealed that in 75% of claims, either expert reports have already been carried out, or they have already been paid, or an advance has been made.
“The bulk has already been done”, he analyzed, adding that simpler claims did not even have more formal expertise: “Photographs and videos were enough to make decisions and make the first payments.”
