The left has plunged into mourning. They only found their mother on Thursday Janu († 45) with her daughter Emka († 11) without signs of life. As the newspaper reports, Jana’s ex-partner Jozef was supposed to kill them with a knife. He appeared in court on Saturday, February 14.
The District Court in Nitra decided on Jozef on Saturday. A 40-year-old man is in custody. In addition, the accused waived the possibility to file a complaint against the resolution, so it is valid. He confessed to the murder of Jana and Emka and regrets it, writes a Slovak daily. His legal representative Július Šuchter confirmed this. “My client waived the right to file a complaint against this decision and at the same time does not agree to other authorized persons filing a complaint on his behalf,” Pluska quotes him.
But what was the motive of the huge tragedy? “There are significant inconsistencies, several talk about jealousy. However, I have full consent from the client to set things straight. After the breakup, it was not jealousy that led him to his ex-partner, but an effort to settle the difficult financial situation that arose during their ten-month cohabitation. the lawyer further explained.
According to Jozef’s statements, the ex-partner should have let him in. “She told him not to take off his clothes because he hadn’t washed. They moved into the kitchen to discuss certain things. Coincidentally, there was a knife on the drip tray, which later became the murder weapon.” the lawyer said chilling words.
He should be convinced that it was a short-circuit procedure that should have been influenced by alcohol. “My client was in a more severe state of intoxication. He only realized what happened after the fact. There was no prior intention to harm – his subsequent actions testify to that. After the crime in the apartment, he finished a bottle of vodka, fell asleep on a chair, and when he woke up in the morning, he went to report himself to the police.” spoke about the circumstances of the brutal case.
