The incident near the house of ex-minister Mikulac has an afterthought: The brother of the shot cadet Miška recognized the punishment!

The defendants Štefan H. and Marek K. were found guilty on Tuesday by the City Court of Bratislava I of violating the freedom of the home in the case of climbing the fence of ex-Minister of the Interior and current member of the Slovak National Council Roman Mikulco (Slovakia – For the People). The court imposed fines of 200 euros on them. In case of failure of the sentence, he set them an alternative prison sentence of one month. The judgment is not final. Both the prosecutor and the defendants kept a deadline for comments.

According to the indictment, the couple climbed Mikulca’s fence when he was still the Minister of the Interior. Štefan H. claimed that he wanted to talk to Mikulec about why his sister, who was shot a few days before as a cadet by her teacher, the already legally convicted Vladimír Šeparnev, is not hospitalized in a hospital for police officers. Cadet Miška was taken to the police hospital a few days after this incident.

A student of the first year of the police academy was shot on March 1, 2023 during a shooting range. The event took place in Bratislava on the premises of the shooting range.
