The senator (-AL) will meet, next week, with the Attorney General of the Republic, and with the head of the CGU (Comptroller General of the Union), Vinícius de Carvalho, to deal with the Master case. The senator, who chairs the House’s Economic Affairs Committee, is expected to go to the House on Thursday (26).
The meetings are not yet on the official agendas and will conclude the tour that the senator from Alagoas has undertaken with authorities to deal with bank fraud.
In conversation with the president of the (Supreme Federal Court), Edson Fachin, Renan asked for access to the investigation being carried out in court and access to the banker’s cell phone data. He has also met with the general director of the PF (), Andrei Rodrigues, and with the president of the BC (), Gabriel Galípolo.
The senator wants to close the siege and accuses the center of trying to empty the banker’s testimony, scheduled to take place next Tuesday morning (24).
