Paraná has a waiting list for civic-military school – 02/18/2026 – Panel

Pioneers in the implementation of civic-military schools in the country, , has a waiting list of 20,404 people for places in units that have adhered to the model.

Currently, they operate along these lines, in which the pedagogical part is the responsibility of teachers, and the disciplinary part is the responsibility of retired military police officers.

It is the largest network in the country, and served as a model for other states, including São Paulo, where the modality began in 100 units in February.

Civic-military schools are a banner of the right, and tend to arouse controversy. Last Thursday (12), the , saying that they are discriminatory.
