Mainz/Cambridge (Massachusetts)/Dover (Delaware) – The German biotech company BioNTech has sued its US competitor Moderna. In the lawsuit filed on Thursday in a federal court in the US state of Delaware, BioNTech accuses the US company of violating patents with its new corona vaccine mNEXSPIKE. These are related to the competing product Comirnaty from BioNTech and its US partner Pfizer.
