Dara Rollins is taking a risk with the sale of the villa for millions: If it were sold, we would have nowhere to live!

Singer Dara Rollins has decided to make fundamental changes in her life. At the end of May, information became public that the pop star was selling a villa in Tuchoměřice near Prague. She decided to sell for several reasons, even though she considered the property her home for many years. In an interview for the website, she disclosed the details of the sale of the property.

At the beginning of June, she even announced that she was taking a break during a live broadcast of the Ladies’ Club on the public broadcaster STVR. “I confess that I have a planned year off from September,” she said words that shocked even the moderator Iveta Malachovská.

It is during the break that he wants to focus on new properties in Prague and in Italy. “I also have a bit of an inner duty that I want to devote myself to the relationship and my partner and our houses that we have built or are still building. Since we no longer have children together, we decided to put the common property into those houses. Pavlík asked me that it would probably be appropriate if someone finished the house, arranged it. This is also my other passion. I’m looking forward to that,” she added at the Women’s Club.

But the singer decided to sell her villa in Prague. She originally purchased this property together with her then-partner Patrik Rytmus Vrbovský, with whom they broke up after 7 years. After the breakup, she stayed in the house with her daughter Laura, and later her fiance Pavel Nedvěd also spent time there.

The luxury villa offers three floors, a garage for three vehicles, a swimming pool, a terrace, a garden house and a plot directly adjacent to the forest. On the real estate market, the villa is sold for almost 43 million Czech crowns, which translates to 1.7 million euros.

Dara revealed that they started selling the house earlier than necessary. She clarified that they do not have a buyer yet. No, not yet, but we just put it on the market well in advance because if it happens to be sold, we actually have nowhere to live, because our house in Prague is not built yet. But by not rushing anywhere, we wait. Everything has a buyer, as they say. So, when the right one comes along, it will sell“, she added with a smile.
