A 36-year-old man was arrested on Sunday night (22), in the municipality of , after being caught with a .380 caliber pistol with the frame number shaved off.
According to Amazonas, the garrison was patrolling Avenida Juvenal de Paula, close to the Atem Post, when they approached the suspect, known as “Keno”. He would have shown nervousness when he noticed the vehicle approaching.
During the personal search, the police found the weapon in the man’s waist, accompanied by four intact ammunition. As a result of the incident, he was arrested and taken to the 69th Integrated Police District for the appropriate legal procedures.
