In connection with the premiere of the new SIC soap opera ‘Páginas da Vida’, which premieres this Monday, February 23rd, Sofia Alves was on the program ‘Casa Feliz’, talking to Diana Chaves and João Baião about this new project.
At one point, the actress decided to ‘applaud’ the presenter live, remembering some of the communicator’s many gestures of love and generosity towards colleagues and friends.
“John is the king, he is our king, always with humility, always with joy”he began by saying.
And then he addressed the camera: “You don’t know, I’ll tell you, João is one of the best people, you have no idea! He’s the first to wish me “Merry Christmas”, “Happy Easter”, he sends encouraging messages, he sends messages just to see if I’m well, João does these things”he said.
Sofia Alves also assured that João Baião is the same person in front of and behind the cameras, leaving the presenter visibly embarrassed and emotional: “I, in fact, am lucky. And everyone who has the luck to be with you, João, is overwhelmed. I don’t know anyone like you. With your joy, with your youth, with your generosity, with your heart… That’s true! João is like that, off camera it’s like that, he supports his colleague, he gives work to his colleagues, he puts on shows to make his colleagues shine, that’s generosity (…). It’s true, that’s what he is, plus the animals he has”finally highlighted the actress.
