Brazilian voters are more afraid of the president’s re-election Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) than the election of the senator and pre-candidate Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), according to research AtlasIntel/Bloomberg released this Wednesday (25).
According to the survey, 47.5% of those interviewed are afraid of Lula’s re-electionwhile 44.9% fear the election of Flávio Bolsonaro. 7.1% are concerned about both scenarios equally and 0.5% were unable to respond.
When asked who inspires more confidence in managing government sectors, Lula and Flávio tied for education, poverty and social inequality, health (47% each) and economy and inflation (46% each).
Lula appears ahead in job creation (49% contra 45%), promotion of democracy (49% contra 45%), environmental protection (47% against 44%) and foreign policy (47% contra 44%).
On the other hand, Flavio Bolsonaro leads in crime and drug trafficking (49% contra 47%), infrastructure (48% contra 46%), fiscal balance and expense control (47% versus 45%) and fight against corruption (46% contra 45%).

The margin of error for the survey is 1 percentage pointmore or less, with a confidence interval of 95%.
