The Attorney General of the State of São Paulo, Paulo Sérgio de Oliveira e Costa, will launch his campaign for re-election in office next Monday (2).
The election for the head of the State, in which around 2,000 members of the body vote, is scheduled for April 11th. A triple list will be formed to be sent to governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), who will make his choice – it is not necessary for him to be the one with the most votes.
So far, no competitor has presented himself as a candidate for the post of attorney general. The deadline for registering applications is March 17th.
