The young Polish Oskar Pietuszewski entered FC Porto history by scoring the fastest goal of all time at Estádio do Dragão. At just 17 years old, the winger needed just 13 seconds to open the scoring, setting a new absolute record at the Dragons’ stadium.
Already known for being the youngest foreigner ever to debut as a starter for the club, Pietuszewski now adds yet another historic feat to his short but impressive career. The previous record belonged to Wanderson Galeno and Gabri Veiga, with goals scored after 18 seconds, against Rio Ave and Nice, respectively.
The goal came after a cross from Victor Froholdt, in a move initially disallowed for offside, but validated by VAR around three minutes later. Official confirmation turned the moment into a historic milestone for the club and the player.
Pietuszewski scores the fastest goal in FC Porto’s history at Dragão.
