Minister Gilmar Mendes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), annulled, this Friday (27), a decision by the Senate’s Organized Crime CPI that determined the breaking of banking, tax, telephone and data secrecy of a company owned by Dias Toffoli and his family.
