Tehran/Jerusalem – The security situation in the Middle East remains tense due to the threatened US military strike on Iran. The USA approved the departure of some of its embassy staff and their families from Israel, as the US Embassy announced on Platform X on Friday. She also advises US citizens to consider leaving the country while commercial flights are still available. Movement restrictions for government employees in the region are also possible.
