Scheduled to premiere in April, Casa do Patrão marks Boninho’s arrival at Record after years at the helm of high-audience reality shows. THE program will bring together anonymous participants in structured confinement in three different housesa concept that supports the entire logic of competition.

The proposal mixes strategy, intense coexistence and weekly decisions capable of completely altering the competitors’ routine.

Privileges and command

The space that gives the reality show its name is the most coveted. THE Casa do Patrão will be occupied weekly by the participant who achieves the highest rank in the game.

In this environment, perks and power will be concentrated. The boss will be able to bring allies to share the space and will be responsible for defining actions that directly impact the residents of other houses. It is there that strategies will be drawn up and determinations announced.

Trampo House

Whoever remains outside the privileged circle will occupy the Casa do Trampo, an area dedicated to daily tasks and the toughest conditions of the competition.

Os participants in this space will face stricter rules, constant demands and a greater level of emotional exhaustion. The dynamics require organization, resistance and emotional intelligence, making the environment the most challenging of confinement

Coexistence House

The third structure is the Casa da Convivência, a neutral space with mandatory circulation between everyone.

It is in this environment that day-to-day interactions take place, strategic conversations, decisive meetings and votes. Even without specific privileges, the house becomes central to the formation and dissolution of alliances.

Weekly cycles and impact on the game

Each week, a new boss will be defined, taking temporary control of the game. Their decisions directly affect the residents of other houses, creating reactions that shape the dispute.

Although power is fleeting, consequences can be long-lasting. With the public playing a decisive role in the permanence of participants, Record is betting on the format as a possible new phenomenon among Brazilian reality shows.
