The bitter story of the serial Majka z Gurun: What does the former child star do today? PHOTO

Zuzana Pravňanská (57) is remembered by generations of Slovaks as the alien girl Majka z Gurun from the cult series Fallen from the Clouds. Although she experienced enormous fame at a very early age, today she leads a completely normal life away from the television cameras. In the new show, the former child star revealed what she does these days.

The child star currently makes a living as a saleswoman in a butcher shopwhile in the past she also fulfilled her dream when for seven years she worked demanding 12-hour shifts as a tram driver. Despite the fact that decades have passed since her greatest television fame, she herself admits that customers still often recognize her at work.

However, success at a tender age took its toll, and today she openly talks about the shady sides of popularity. She openly admits that she couldn’t handle fame in her youth, it got to her head and she didn’t even finish high school because of the growing pressure.

After years in the limelight, a hard fall to the bottom and a difficult life period followed, which, however, taught her humility and helped her realize her own worth. She managed to get out of this difficult section mainly thanks to her partner, who was a great support and helped her find solid ground under her feet again.

A native of the village of Čabovce she first appeared in front of the camera as a 6-year-old in Martin Hollé’s film The Wreck of the Danube. Later, the films Table for Fourteen, Dudes and Dudes or the series Povstalecká história or Eleventh Commandment followed. How does he look today? You can find her current PHOTO in the gallery!
