Zacarias says, in his application, that Vorcaro operated a scheme similar to a financial pyramid through Master bank and other institutions. According to him, these municipalities in São Paulo may have suffered millionaire losses.
“Listening to Mr. Vorcaro is essential for us to understand his participation in the aforementioned criminal scheme, as well as for us to understand how it operates,” the deputy wrote in the request.
