Deutsche Bahn: Punctuality in long-distance transport remains below 60 percent

Berlin/Vienna – Deutsche Bahn (DB) continues to fall short of its self-imposed punctuality target, which repeatedly has a negative impact on rail traffic in Austria. In February, only 59.4 percent of all long-distance transport stops were reached on time. But that was at least 7.3 percentage points more than in January. For comparison: The ÖBB achieved a punctuality of 78.2 percent in long-distance transport in 2024, the Court of Auditors said a week ago.
