The mayor of , (), mocked the coach’s affiliation, his rival since the 2024 municipal campaign, with União Brasil, formalized this Friday (6).
“Marçal had already said that they wanted his soul, he must have given,” Nunes told the Panel. It is an allusion to a statement made by Marçal in the campaign. At the time, the influencer said that União Brasil wanted to support him, but as long as Marçal gave his soul.
Ironically, Marçal asked Nunes for forgiveness for the offenses he committed two years ago, during his membership ceremony.
A party based on the mayor’s base, União ended up hesitating between Marçal and Nunes, but a good part of the party was with the mayor until the end of that election. As a way of convincing União to stay, Nunes promised to hand over the presidency of the City Council of Councilors to União.
